The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, including a coffee maker, toaster, etc. A washing machine and a drying machine for clothes are located in the utility room. Both bedrooms are spacious, with built-in wardrobes and windows, and both bathrooms have been renovated. The apartment is situated in a gated community on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to all amenities. A supermarket and several restaurants and bars are within walking distance, and Riviera del Sol beach is a 10-15 minute walk or a 2-minute drive. There is a communal swimming pool in the complex, and parking is communal (if there is space inside the complex, you can park there; otherwise, you will have to park on the street).
